​We want you to feel confident when bringing KidzBiz Bazaar to your school or organization. Because our program includes proprietary digital materials, downloadable resources, editable templates, curriculum, event-planning tools, and other immediately accessible content, the following refund policy applies.
 

Digital Program Purchases

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that access to the KidzBiz Bazaar digital materials or Member Resource Library has not yet been provided or activated.

Once access to the program materials has been provided, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy protects the intellectual property contained within the KidzBiz Bazaar program, including manuals, lesson plans, worksheets, templates, marketing materials, communications, event-planning resources, financial and administrative documents, and other downloadable or editable materials.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

Technical Issues

​

If you experience difficulty accessing purchased materials, please contact us so we can assist you. A technical issue that can reasonably be corrected does not qualify for a refund.

If KidzBiz Bazaar is unable to provide the program or materials you purchased, we will provide an appropriate replacement, account credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Change of Plans or Event Cancellation

Refunds will not be provided because a school or organization decides not to hold its KidzBiz Bazaar, changes its event date, experiences lower-than-expected student participation, changes administration or staff, or is otherwise unable to use the program after access has been provided.

Your program materials may still be used in accordance with the licensing terms associated with your purchase.

Annual License & Membership Renewals

​

Annual licensing or membership fees are non-refundable once the new licensing period has begun and access to updated resources has been provided.

If your annual license is set to automatically renew, you may cancel the upcoming renewal before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.

Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

​

To request an eligible cancellation or refund, contact KidzBiz Bazaar and include:

• Name of the purchaser or organization

• Email address used for the purchase

• Order number, if available

• Reason for the request

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
