By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using KidzBiz Bazaar materials, the purchaser and participating organization ("Licensee") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. License to Use KidzBiz Bazaar

 

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the KidzBiz Bazaar program and its materials for the school, organization, or entity identified at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by KidzBiz Bazaar, one purchase provides a license for one school or organization.

A separate school, organization, chapter, location, or entity must purchase its own KidzBiz Bazaar license before using the program or materials.

For example, purchasing KidzBiz Bazaar for one school does not grant permission to provide the program to another school within the same district.

2. What You May Do

 

The licensed organization may:

• Use KidzBiz Bazaar materials to plan and operate its own authorized KidzBiz Bazaar event.

• Print and distribute appropriate participant-facing materials to students, parents, vendors, volunteers, and staff participating in its event.

• Share necessary event materials internally with employees, administrators, PTA/PTO members, committee members, and volunteers who are directly involved in organizing the licensed event.

• Customize editable materials where customization is expressly permitted.

• Use KidzBiz Bazaar promotional materials to market the organization's authorized event.

Individuals receiving materials on behalf of the licensed organization are subject to these Terms and may not distribute or reuse those materials for another organization.

3. What You May Not Do

​

KidzBiz Bazaar materials may not be:

• Shared with another school, organization, business, PTA/PTO, district location, camp, church, library, community group, or other entity.

• Forwarded, emailed, uploaded, copied, or otherwise distributed for use outside the licensed organization.

• Posted publicly online, including on shared drives, public websites, social media groups, teacher-resource websites, or file-sharing platforms.

• Resold, sublicensed, rented, transferred, or given away.

• Used to create or operate a competing business-fair program, curriculum, event system, or substantially similar commercial product.

• Repackaged or represented as materials created by the purchaser or another organization.

• Used to train another organization to independently operate KidzBiz Bazaar without obtaining its own license.

• Used to remove, conceal, or replace KidzBiz Bazaar copyright, trademark, branding, or proprietary notices where those notices are included in the original material.

Purchasing the program does not transfer ownership of the KidzBiz Bazaar intellectual property to the purchaser.

4. Districts and Multi-Location Organizations

​

A license applies only to the individual school or organization identified with the purchase unless a separate written multi-site or district license has been purchased.

For example, if one school in a district purchases KidzBiz Bazaar, the materials may not automatically be shared with other schools in that district.

School districts, library systems, franchises, multi-location organizations, and other groups wishing to implement KidzBiz Bazaar at multiple locations may contact KidzBiz Bazaar regarding multi-site licensing.

5. Digital Access and Member Resource Library

​

Login credentials and access to the KidzBiz Bazaar Member Resource Library are provided solely for authorized users associated with the licensed organization.

Login credentials may not be sold, transferred, published, or shared with individuals from another organization.

KidzBiz Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate digital access if unauthorized sharing, distribution, reproduction, or account use is reasonably suspected.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All KidzBiz Bazaar materials remain the intellectual property of KidzBiz Bazaar and/or its applicable owners.

This includes, without limitation:

• Program manuals

• Lesson plans and educational content

• Worksheets and student activities

• Biz Bucks and related materials

• Event systems and procedures

• Editable templates

• Email and communication templates

• Volunteer and staff instructions

• Sponsorship materials

• Marketing and social media materials

• Banking and accounting documents

• Vendor-management materials

• Administrative documents

• Graphics, branding, logos, designs, and other original content

The purchase price provides a license to use these materials according to these Terms and does not constitute a sale or assignment of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Unauthorized Sharing or Use

​

Unauthorized sharing of KidzBiz Bazaar materials is considered a material breach of this License Agreement.

If unauthorized use or distribution is discovered, KidzBiz Bazaar may, where permitted by law:

1. Suspend or terminate access to the Member Resource Library and future program updates.

2. Revoke the organization's license to use KidzBiz Bazaar materials.

3. Require the unauthorized school, organization, or location to purchase the appropriate license before continuing to use the program.

4. Request that improperly distributed copies or files be deleted or returned.

5. Pursue available legal remedies when necessary to protect KidzBiz Bazaar's intellectual property and contractual rights.

Termination of a license due to a material breach does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

 

8. No Resale or Commercial Redistribution

 

Purchasers may charge appropriate student/vendor registration fees, seek sponsorships, conduct fundraising, or otherwise generate revenue associated with operating their authorized KidzBiz Bazaar event.

However, the KidzBiz Bazaar program itself, including its manuals, curriculum, templates, resources, systems, and training materials, may not be resold, sublicensed, or commercially distributed.

 

9. Modifications and Editable Materials

 

Certain KidzBiz Bazaar materials are intentionally provided in editable formats so organizations can customize information such as:

• School or organization name

• Event dates and times

• Contact information

• Registration details

• Sponsor information

• Event-specific instructions

Providing editable files does not transfer ownership of the underlying template or grant permission to redistribute, resell, or repurpose the template outside the licensed organization's authorized use.

 

10. Annual License and Updates

 

Continued access to the Member Resource Library, updated materials, new downloads, templates, resources, and other ongoing benefits may require an active annual license.

The specific benefits included with an active annual license will be described at the time of purchase or renewal.

Expiration of an annual license does not transfer ownership of any KidzBiz Bazaar intellectual property to the purchaser.

11. Event Responsibility

 

KidzBiz Bazaar provides educational materials, resources, templates, and guidance to assist organizations in operating their events.

Each licensed organization remains responsible for its own event operations, including supervision, student safety, venue requirements, insurance, food policies, financial handling, volunteers, background-check requirements, permits, accessibility requirements, and compliance with applicable school, district, organizational, local, state, and federal policies or laws.

KidzBiz Bazaar does not control the day-to-day operation of independently organized events and cannot guarantee specific attendance, participation, revenue, student sales, sponsorships, educational outcomes, or other event results.

12. Third-Party Content and Platforms

​

Certain recommended resources or services may involve third-party platforms or vendors. KidzBiz Bazaar is not responsible for changes to third-party services, pricing, availability, policies, or functionality.

 

13. Refunds

 

Purchases are subject to the KidzBiz Bazaar Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.

Because the program contains proprietary digital and downloadable materials, purchases generally become non-refundable once access to those materials has been provided, as described in that policy.

 

14. Termination

 

KidzBiz Bazaar may suspend or terminate a license or digital access for a material violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing, resale, reproduction, or distribution of program materials.

Upon termination for breach, the purchaser must discontinue unauthorized use and distribution of the materials and comply with reasonable requests regarding improperly distributed copies.

15. Changes to These Terms

​

KidzBiz Bazaar reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our program, services, licensing structure, policies, legal requirements, or business practices.

When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this website and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the effective date of the revised Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect a Licensee's rights or obligations, KidzBiz Bazaar may provide additional notice, such as by email or through the Member Resource Library, when appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued access to or use of the KidzBiz Bazaar program, Member Resource Library, materials, services, or resources after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter payment obligations or other rights that have already accrued prior to the effective date of the revised Terms, except where required by law or expressly agreed to by the parties.

16. Acceptance of Terms

 

By completing a purchase, accessing the Member Resource Library, downloading KidzBiz Bazaar materials, or otherwise using the program, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and License Agreement.
